Mobile Apps (Contractor)

Kakaral ERP Apps are available for download on user Android and iPhone via Google Play Store and Apple Store.

Applications

For Android, user can go to Google Play Store, search for "Kakaral ERP" and download into their mobile.

For iOS, user can go to App Store, search for "Kakaral ERP" and download into their mobile.

· When an account is created for contractor, an email notification will be sent to reset the password.

· Contractors (in house and sub-con) can only access the application via Mobile Apps. If the Admin is also the contractor, the workaround is to register the application under 2 different emails.

Access Control

· Contractors can sign in using email or mobile OTP.

· Contractors can only see the job assigned to them and their own schedule.

· Contractor can perform tasks assigned based on their job role.

Interface

· All contractors will have access to the following on their Applications;

· Appointment

· Profile

· Notification

Access Rights

· Depending on the task assigned and user rights given, a contractor can have access to perform Measurement, Installation, Delivery or Others.

· The access can be seen once they logged in and click on one of the appontments.

· Every contractor will have different screens, for example some with one, two, three or all access.
