· Under “Quotation List”, user can view details of all the quotations of the organisation.

· User can “Search” for a particular quotation using either Date, Client, Amount, or Qtn No.

· Click the drop down button to;

· “Email” the particular quotation to the Client.

· “Export” the quotation to the device in PDF format.

· “Download the quotation to the device in PDF format.
