Project

The “Project” menu displays all the Appointments related to the projects.

Key Functionalities

1. Extract the list of appointments from a particular period or time range, by selecting the date range.

2. Filter for appointment based on Client, Job Site and Appointment Status (Active/ Archive).

3. Search for appointment based on keywords.

4. Create New Project.

5. Click the drop down arrow to "Edit", send "Reminder", "Manage" and "Archive" the project.

6. "Add Reminder" to set general reminders that are not directly related to a project.

7. Appointment on the same day of accessing will be highlighted in red and appear on top of all other Projects.
