Forgot Password

1. Click “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the sign in box.

2. Enter the registered email ID in the "Forgot Password".

3. Click Submit.

1. User will be prompted “A password reset link was sent to the registered email and to check the inbox (please look under Spam/Junk if it’s not in the Inbox).

1. User will receive a reset password link through email. Click “Reset Password”.

1. User will be directed to put the new password. Password must contain the following;

• 8-20 characters

• 1 uppercase letter

• 1 lowercase letter

• 1 special character

• 1 number

Example: Apple123!

1. Click “Submit”.

1. Once new password is changed successfully, user can click “OK” and user will be directed to the login page.

1. Enter the registered email address.

2. Enter the new password.

3. Click “Login”.
