· Depending on the level of access, users can be added into this page.
· The Users List displays all the users and their access level along with the user's status.
· User can “Search” for users list, based on “Status” by selecting the status; Active, Suspended.
· Click “+Add User” to add a new user to provide access to the system.
· There are 2 types of access to be given for Master Admin, Super Admin and Admin.
· Access All Data - User can access all the data entered by users.
· Access Their Data Only - User can access all the data entered by them only. This is useful for Admin to track the sales and the Sales person to monitor their projects and schedule.
· User with Master Admin, Super Admin and Admin access can use both ERP and Mobile Apps with all their data auto synchronised.
· Master Admin can decide which Modules can be accessed by the given user.
· Once a user is created, an email will be sent to the email address registered and the new user will be asked to set the own password. The logo and contact details will change according to the user settings.
· User with Contractor (In house or Sub Con) access can only use Mobile Apps and see their own schedules and limited to maximum 4 Job Types.
· Contractors can be assigned for Delivery, Installation, Measurement and Others.
· User can “Search” for a particular user, by either using Username or email ID.
· User can manage columns using the “Settings” icon and select the columns to be displayed. Once selected, the settings will be automatically saved for current and future sessions.
· A user account can be deleted on the click of “Delete” under action.
· Click the ellipsis "⋮" to:
· Edit the user’s details or permission level.
· Resend Invite to the user.
