Multiple Session Access

Multi Session Access means using the same Login ID and password to login to different devices at the same time.

  1. Multiple sessions for the same user are restricted.

  2. System will detect current active session and prompt user to sign out from another device for the same login.

  3. Once user click “Log Out” the other user will be signed out immediately. Do ensure to inform the other party to save all the entries before proceeding.
