Add Project

  1. Click “Add Project” (represented by + in red circle) to add a new project.

  1. Select the Company from the existing list, or add a new company to the list by selecting “+ Add Company”. User can also go to Company --> +Add Company to create a list of companies so that it can be found in the drop-down list shown below.

  2. Select the Client from the existing list, or add a new client the list by selecting “+ Add Client”. User can also go to Client --> +Add Client to create a list of companies so that it can be found in the drop-down list shown below.

  1. Add the mandatory fields; Company Name, Contact No., Email ID and all other relevant information.

  1. User can fill up other information such as the Descriptions, Job Site and Physical Lock Number as this information will be visible to all users who has access to view the projects, including the contractors via their Apps.

  2. Click “Add”.

  3. The newly added project will be added to the list and will be available for the User to view, edit, and manage, both in the Overview.
