Project Details and Media Sharing
Project -> Manage -> Project Details
In both List View and Calendar View, the appointments can be:
· Viewed
· Edited
· Deleted
1. Under Appointment scheduled, more details on a project can be added by clicking to the “Detail” from Project Details.
For example, the Measurement, Installation, Delivery, Others and measurement. User can select the job type from the drop down list, input name, remarks.
User can also take photo or video from mobile and upload media from the phone to attach to the job details. If mobile Apps is used, the media can be uploaded from the Apps and automatically sychronised to the details of the Appointment.


The client basic details will be displayed under Project Information.
User can click “+Add Detail” to add measurement, installation, delivery, others details for the specific appointment.

User can add details based on the Job Type such as Installation, Delivery, Others and Measurement.

Measurement comes with Name, Note 1, Note 2, Note 3, Size, Remarks and Photos/Videos.

Appt ID - A unique Appointment ID will be assigned and displayed above the table for every appointment. The appointment ID can be used to share media with another Kakaral user and automatically append in their Kakaral account and project.
Information entered by contractor through the Apps will also automatically appear in the Product Requirements table.

User can click “Edit” to edit the Project Requirements

Edit the details and click “Update”

Under Action, user can click the the ellipsis "⋮" to;
· View /Delete a Project Requirements related to the job.

When medias are attached in the respective job types (Installation, Delivery, Others and Measurement), it will be added into Media. The media count indicates the total number of medias for that particular Appointment ID.
Media

User can select and share the media with another Appointment ID or another Kakaral User by inputting their Appointment ID.

User can enter Appointment ID obtained via the Project Information page or in the Appointment email of the Person in Charge (PIC).

User confirming sharing the media with another appointment ID.

Selected files been shared successfully.

Appointment ID received media in the Gallery of another Appointment ID or another Kakaral User.

Media can be seen in another Appointment ID.
