Profit & Loss

The Profit & Loss page displays the particular project’s status in figures and pie charts. User can filter the data based on pre-set or custom date range.

Dashboard

· Total Sales displays the total sales done, based on the invoice payments.

· Total Received displays the amount paid by the client.

· Total Unpaid displays the amount left unpaid by the client.

· Total Expenses displays the expenses incurred in the project.

· Total Appointments displays the number of appointments under the Project.

· Total Invoice displays the number of invoices generated for the the Project.

· Total Purchase Orders displays the number of POs generated for the Project.

Percentages

· Total Invoices will show the total selling price of the products for which invoice is generated.

· Total Invoices will show the total cost price of the products for which invoice is generated.

· Total Expenses will show the expense added to the project.

· Net Profit will show the profit earned in the invoiced product (selling price - cost price).

· Based on Invoice and the Expense, the Profit & Loss pie chart will be calculated and displayed.

First Invoice

· There First Invoice section record of the first invoice generated with item saved with its cost price and system auto generates the "Gross Profit". This is useful to track the changes incurred after the project starts or as the project progresses.
