Add Reminder

Under “Project”, user can set reminders to a person using the “+ Add Reminder” option, in the top right corner, above the table.
Click “+ Add Reminder”.
A new box pops-up appears on the screen requesting to enter details for the reminder. Click Save once information is entered.
The reminder will appear in the Project according to the date set. The reminder can be edited by clicking the drop down arrow below the reminder and “Edit”.
When the drop down arrow is clicked, user can;
"Edit" or “Archive” the particular reminder.
"Edit", Send "Reminder", "Manage" or “Archive” the particular project.
Note: If reminder is triggered, the Person-In-Charge (PIC) of the appointment will receive email reminder.
Note: If one appointment is archived, the entire project and all the related appointments will be archived.
