Add product in Quotation

1. To add products to the quotation, click the “+ Add Product” button.

1. In order for the Products Code to appear in the drop-down list, user have to create the products in Product --> Product List --> Add Product.

1. Select the product code to select the product you prefer to be added to the quotation and click “Save”.

1. User can edit the details of the added product; Product Name, Description, Stock, Price and Discount (Fixed, Percentage, None). By default, no discount is applied.

1. User can click the “Reserve” button, to reserve a particular product in inventory. Reserved item will be shown in red with the word “Reserved”.

Note: The reserve button will not deduct product in the inventory however serve as a reference if another user is looking at the same product within the organisation. To view if there’s any user reserving the item, user can go to Product --> Inventory --> Search for the product code and look under “Total Reserved

1. User can reverse the reserve by clicking the “Reserved” button again and item will show as “Reserve”.

1. Click “Save” when quotation is ready to be generated.
