Edit Invoice

The moment the invoice is saved, the invoice heading will be changed from “Publish Invoice” to “Edit Invoice”.

· The products added in quotation will be displayed on the invoice and user can also add new products.

· User can view the details of the added product which includes Product name, Description, Price similar to Quotation.

· User can edit the product added, product price, quantity and discount type before saving the Invoice.

· User can also “Duplicate” a product.

· User can split the invoice into several pages by clicking “Page break” on product where page break ends. This means the item below “Page Break” selection will appear on another page.

Note: Once Purchase Order is issued for the invoice, user will not be able to edit the invoice. The workaround is to duplicate the invoice, edit and issue Purchase Order again.
