Click “+Add User” to add a new user to the system and provide access.
Enter the required user details and his/her contact details.
There are 4 types of users, supported by the system, based on the permission level: Master Admin, Super Admin, Admin and Contractor.
Any user can be provided access to any modules, on User’s decision. Click the modules under “Access-Group Modules” and “Access-Individual Modules”.
User with Access-Group Modules can access all data within the organisation.
User with Access-Individual Modules can only access their own data within the project they created or assigned.
Once a user is added, they will receive a link via registered email to set a password. The user can log in to the system once they have set a password.
User can request a Reset Password from the user under the “Edit” option.
Note:
· All Master User, Super User and User users are to have a unique name, email ID and Contact No.
· Regardless of the organisation, only contractors are permitted to use the same email address and contact number.
· Contractor users can only access through the APP.
· Only Master User will be able to select user access while adding User users.
· The 4 types of Users are:
· Master Admin- A Master User is the main user who will be provided full access to the system.
· Super Admin - A Super User will be provided access to only certain modules (less than the master User), as decided by the master User.
· Admin- User will be provided with the least user level access to only certain modules (less than the master and super User).
· Contractor - A contractor user can access the system only through the app.
While adding a new user to the system, the Master User can decide the User Access and level of data visibility for the user.
· If the User Access is set as “Access all data”, the user will be able to view all users” data added under the company.
· On selecting User access as “Access their data only”, the user will be able to view only data entered by them.
